Black Dragon Nest Guide- Stage 1: How to defeat the Black Smithy Ogre (DN SEA)

Here's a play-by-play walkthrough of one of the toughest dungeon in Dragon Nest- The Black Dragon Nest. This guide was based on the Black Dragon Nest Guide of Freedom guild. 

Black Dragon Nest Guide- Stage 1: Black Smithy Ogre

In this stage, don't run into the side of the pathway wherein 6 platforms are located, as it will electrocute and damage you. Just go straight and wait for the boss to spawn with mobs surrounding it.

BOSS BASIC SKILLS
Here are the skills that the boss on this stage will use to your party. Try to know them as this will be your key to surviving the first stage of the nest.

Frontal Slam- Stay on the side or back or, use tumble to dodge once the boss swos his club forward. If you're hit, you have a slow debuff, and bone crush debuff which causes 150k damage per hit. Note: Priest and Bringers should be ready to cure this status.

Charge- Try to stay away from the boss path when it uses this skills as it deals high. The boss will body will glow red and black, and shake before charging so be wary if it does this action.

Frontal Nudge- There are two motion for this skill: the nudging and the slamming with aggro. To avoid the nudging, just go on the side of the boss while use tumble or just move away from the point where it lands, when it uses the slam.

Bomb Throw- The boss will throw a bomb (explodes after 5-6 seconds) which will suck anyone around it. Aside from damage, it can cause electrocution and a bone crush debuff. This skill is similar to Raven's level 50 crow trap skill but has a weaker suction.

Mechanic- This will activate once the boss' HP reaches x3. 4 gates will drop and it will separate your party once you are spread out. One of the 6 platforms will glow blue and everyone should go to that place as that is the only safe place to be. If you can't reach that blue platform within 10 seconds, the boss will charge and kill you. The mechanic will be repeated every 60 seconds once the boss HP turns into x3.

Party must gather on the center to look for that safe blue platform but, make sure that you all don't stage at the spot wherein the gates fall down as you will be damage and potentially knocked off from the center.

Also, once the mechanic is activated, it will kill all summons and removes the all buffs of the party. Priests should use their blessings or Assassins should use raid for the 10% extra boost in damage.

Another important thing to note is, once the boss charges, you will die if you step down during the charge or before the yellow waves behind him have gone past you. Once everything is clear, step back into the pathway or you will be hit by the lightning that will respawn on the platform.

New skills at HP x3
Front Swipe x3- The boss will swipe forward 3 times with final hit potentially knocking you off. If you're hit by this, you'll get a slow and bone crush debuff. Without Aerial Evasion or Tumble, you will more likely take the full damage. Best way to avoid this is by on the side or back of the boss.

New skill at HP x2
Stomp- The same to Spirit Dancer's Praetor skill. Note: Don't be in front once the skill is in motion, just stay on the side or back. After the initial 2 hits, the boss will raise both his hands to slam the ground. Jump to avoid the slam, it is full map and can’t be blocked or iframed. If hit you will have a slow debuff.

New skill at HP x1
Frontal Beam- The boss will charge up then shoot a black lazer beam in front of him. The range is quite long, damage is high and you will be silenced for 5 sec if you are hit.
