Credits: How to Get Heroes Guide by Doctor X

So happy to see everyone again! Recently I’ve seen that lots of players are confused and don’t know the different ways that one can get heroes. Well, Doctor X has prepared the following lecture on how to do just that!
1.Wishing Pool
When we first enter the game we can see the Wishing Pool. Here, players use gold or diamonds to wish for extra rewards, for instance, runes, equipment, soulstones, elixirs, or even heroes! In the early stages the Wishing Pool is the fastest way to get heroes. Every time you do a x10 diamond wish, you will 100% get 1-2 heroes. Another little tip is that the first time you do a x1 diamond wish, you will also 100% get a hero (only on the first time)!
2.Arena
When troop level reaches 10, the Arena will be unlocked and you can start trying to climb the ranks there. If you’re worth your salt, then you’ll start to rack up substantial daily prizes which are sent to your mailbox every day at 21:00 (Pacific time) and could include some Arena coins. Hang on to these because they can be redeemed in the Arena Shop for hero soulstones! Of course, the gold and diamonds you win here can also be used to make more wishes in the Wishing Pool (see above paragraph for those with poor memories)!
3.Crusade
Crusade unlocks after your troop level reaches 30, and any heroes you have over level 20 can take part. In Crusade, players can challenge 15 stages at most, and every time you pass a stage, there’s a chance you’ll get gold, Crusade coins, runes, and soulstones. These Crusade coins can be redeemed in the Crusade shop for-- you guessed it!-- more hero soulstones.
4.Monthly Sign In
Monthly Sign In is a way that all players can get a hero, but it requires patience and persistence (virtues that the young people today seem to be severely lacking in)! Every month the prizes and hero that you can get from Monthly Sign In will be updated.
5.Elite Stages
Another thing that will test your mettle, but that you simply must do, is sweep, sweep, sweep, and sweep some more! Although the output is low, at least it doesn’t require any luck. Just take it slow and steady and eventually you’ll accumulate the soulstones you need to summon a hero. A word of advice: focus on your main heroes, and don’t ever skip a day! “A constant dropping of water can wear away a stone.”
