Level 60 Cap has finally arrived in Dragon Nest SEA. This Cap update brings a lot of things to the game. Some good ones and some bad ones. The good ones are the new ex skills dungeons and new items of course and some example of the bad ones is the COLESSEUM EXPERIENCE AND RANK RESET. Once you have log in to your account, if you are already an Imperator in the level 50 cap, you will be an egg at level 60 cap. :D.
Well, let's not make that a big issue because like it or not, we can't do anything about it. Let's just focus on the good stuff and one of them is the level 60 skills.
There are two skills available to each class at level 60 cap in Dragon Nest SEA and both of them are Ex version which only means that it is an improvement of your current 2nd job skills.
You might say that... "aw,, that's pretty boring". Well, that what's I think at first but then I realize that it is better to get ex version than active skills as it will surely be hard for players if there are many active ones.
Anyway, let's end the talk about that matters and proceed to seeing my recommended level 60 skill build for Moonlord in Dragon Nest SEA [T4].
First, let us see the two new skills of Moonlord at level 60 cap. The two new Ex skills are:
Cyclone Slash Ex- Cyclone Slash in enhanced to increase attack area and pull nearby enemies that have not been hit as well.
Crescent Cleave Ex- Crescent Cleave is enhanced. Execution time is reduced and 5 large sword energies are fired and when normal attack button is entered again, 2 additional large sword energies are fired.
Compared to my level 60 build for Gladiator skill build that has the option to get the Parrying skill or not, for my Moonlord skill build, I am using the "No Parrying Skills" build...
Why? It's very simple logic you know...
Most of the time, Moonlord are at a distance with enemies, hitting them from afar. Unlike Gladiator that are always on the front line of battle, Moonlord has that thing called "RANGE" advantage. That is why I prefer not having the Parrying skills in my Moonlord build...
Here is my build guys...
Warrior Skill Tree |
Swordmaster Skill Tree |
Moonlord Skill Tree |
For the Warrior skill tree. Well, I think it's pretty self-explanatory: We need to max out HP, MP and Mind Conquer. HP for more life of course and MP and Mind Conquer is for more MP and MP recovery. Remember that the skills on level 60 cap does consume a lot of mana and when I say consume, it means very fast...
Rising Slash is at level 6 for that extra hit for PvP purposes.
On the Swordmaster skill tree, MLS is a must max skill as we all know that this is one of our main DPS skill as a Moonlord. At level 16, the damage reaches its highest potential and I think it should stay at the state (at the moment).
Still, we get some of the skills on the Gladiator side until Front Shove. Do remember that Front Shove has this thing called iFrame which basically a life saver on nuke attack from boss or, from other players on PvP.
Halfmoon Slash is a no-brainer must max skill for me. The AOE and as well as the damage is really that attractive and it leaves me no choice but to max it... Plus, did you know that this skill will have its Ex version soon :D.
Now, the biggest issue that we must focus on this tree is on Cyclone Slash and Crescent Cleave.
First, let's go with Cyclone Slash... Why at level 11? and not just level 6... Based on research and experience, the Cyclone doesn't changed at level 6. It is tested by many Moonlords including me, that level 11 is the most desirable level for this skill as an ML. In this stage, the damage of the skill increases and as well as the size of the Cyclone. And yes, don't forget that it has now an Ex version which pulls nearby enemies which aren't hit by the cyclone directly and of course, that extra damage.
Secondly, the Crescent Cleave. This skill has become one of the most fancy and good source of damage for a Moonlord. In PvE, the damage of this skill is pretty awesome especially if you are up against large bosses. PvP-Wise, well, I think we know that any enemies in front will have no way to escape those waves if aim and time it perfectly. It is better to level it to 11 for superior damage capability.
And lastly on the Moonlord tree, MBD is at max level as it is one of our asset for DPS and Flash Stance is also at max level for more damage output. All Ex version is a no-brainer must get!
So there you have it guys... This is my recommended level 60 Moonlord skill build in Dragon Nest SEA [T4].
