3. The build
a. Subclass
Bard is the most powerful subclass in the game due to the free regeneration, imbalance class mechanic(12% Free DMG in detailed stats), free tankiness, etc.
Why not Wizard? Look at the fucking cooldown on Meteor Shot, genius. Your subclass' skill damage will also be low because who the hell invest into secondary weapon? Also, with this build, your Flame Impact outdamages Meteor Shot by miles.
Why not Ravager? Because this is a nuker build, not sissy bottom support build.
Why not Grenadier, Duelist, Tachi, etc? Because they're shit.
b. Envoy Path
Oy, look at the damage go. The 2 ultimate skills will be used in case you fucked up and need emergency escape.
c. The stats
Because Flame Impact has short CD and high base crit rate, feel free to go pure DMG. For Defensive stats, go pure HP. If you ever go EVA.
d. The masteries
Common Spec: -DEF% for Storm Song if you're soloing or in party with no Bard. Otherwise, use the DoT mastery for Shadow Bolt.
Offensive Spec: Zeal
Advanced Spec: +Crit Rate for Flame Impact.
Defensive Spec: Hyperspeed
Tactical Spec: Break Defense
Special Spec: The best defense.
e. The equipment
Weapons: 125%+ Flame Forbidden Tome with Deadly/Destroyer core and Nocturnal Poseidon's Harp. The best choice for Harp is a blue quality one with Nocturnal and +damage to boss but nobody have time for that shit.
Top set: Devourer Set.
Bottom set: Lion's Roar set.
Accessories: Infernal Abyss set.
Trophies: Ancient Fang of the Fire Dragon & Malodnak's Dark Claw. You can replace the latter with Malodnak's Sharp Claw or Titan's Flaming Soul when you're not fighting bosses.
f. The secret stones
For all secret stones, always choose one with +2% DMG. The 2nd effect can be any of +2% HP/-2% DMG Taken/+6% Crit DMG/+1% CRIT.
Weapon: Zephyr Shadow Bolt Secret Stone & Zephyr Storm Song Secret Stone.
Helmet: Indigo Ambient Drone Secret Stone.
Armor: Golden Flame Impact Secret Stone
Belt: Crimson Demon Seal Secret Stone
Gloves: Azure Soul Draw Secret Stone
Boots: Azure Healing Harmony Secret Stone.
g. The eidolon
Starter Eidolon: Pick Serif.
2nd Eidolon: Hera for the -DEF debuff, +Crit DMG & +Crit buff.
3rd Eidolon: Yarnaros or Eligos. When Eligos get his 3-form, he's better than Yarnaros due to the -DEF skill.
4. Exciting gameplay and tactic

1. Why not just use this build on Wizard?
Wizard's Meteor Shot has 140% multiplier while Sorcerer's Flame Impact has 151% multiplier after getting envoy mastery. Wizard also has to go SPD to lower the CD on Meteor Shot while Sorcerer has the luxury of going pure DMG. In the correct hand, Sorcerer will outdamage Wizard heavily due to higher damage capability both in burst and DoT.
