How to Become Wealthy in Darkness Reborn (Farming Guide)

In this guide you will learn how to earn different kinds of curreny. What it can be used for and what the best ways to earn this currency are. The various ways of earning gold are rated by using the + sign, the more +'s the better.

Gold is earned from playing the stages in campaign, doing rifts,completing achievements and playing in PvP individual ranking. The best way to farm gold are through:

Rifts gives the most gold by far and are a very consistent source of gold. The higher level the rifts are the higher the gold rewards become, up to 4000-5000 gold when you are at lvl 55+. So if you calculate this back to the 3 energy cost it is the most cost efficient way to earn gold right now.

It is suggested that you regularly check your achievements to see which ones are close to completion or that are easy to complete to get you some extra gold. The downside is that it is not reliable or consistent. But the amounts can go up to 20.000 gold for an achievement. And make sure you do all your dailies every day.

Stages are a decent way to earn some gold especially if you sell the items too. It's also a very consistent way to get gold because the amount will always be about the same. The downside is that when you play green or gray stages the gold is suddenly dropped to almost nothing.

A nice extra for doing the stages is that you get an extra gold bonus for completing the challenges.

If you can win a lot in pvp it will be a pretty decent way to earn gold. The downside is that when you lose you get nothing, and when you win you will still not always get gold. So it's very inconsistent but it does not cost you energy like with the other ways to earn gold. The gold in PvP as an added bonus but not as a main source of income.

Every now and then gamevil will hold contests on the forums that you can participate in to earn some extra gold, but it usually isn't really that much. The same goes for maintenance compensation and Events. This is the most inconistent way to earn gold.

For logging in every day you will sometimes get a small amount of gold extra but it really isn't much.

Sol can be earned from various sources like doing daily quests, VS AI mode, Bossraids, Roulette, Individual/guild pvp Ranking rewards and gamevil events. The best way to acquire Sol is through:

This is your best chance to earn gems. The individual ranking rewards can give up to 300 sols for reaching Rank 1. The same goes for reaching Rank 1 in the guild rankings too. Rank 2: 250 sols, Rank 3: 200 sols, Rank 4-10: 150 sols and Rank 11th-100: 100 sols these amounts apply for guild ranks too. 

Per characters that you play you can get 10 sols a day for completing the daily quests. It is suggested that you do this on both characters every day. This is a very consistent way to earn sols and can get you up to 140 sols a week.

5 sols for hard vs mode, 3 sols for medium and 2 sols for easy gives you 10 sols just for doing those 3 VS modes. Realistically you only do the Hard mode once a day. But the others you can do 2-3 times a day. This means you can get about 20-25 sols every day from this.

These has been given two +'s because if you do a lot of bossraids this can count up pretty good. You will not always get sols as a rewards, sometimes it will be battle tickets. But when you do get sols on bossraids lvl 1 and 2 this can be between 1 and 2 sols per bossraid. If you make sure you do not die then you can farm some extra sols pretty easily. This is something that will become more relevant once you reach lvl 45+.

If you keep an eye on the forums and check there regularly then you will not miss out on any of the special events gamevil is holding. They sometimes give between 20-100 sols for participating in of of their events/contests. 

This way is not very consistent and you only have 1 free chance a day. If you spend sols to spin again this is pretty counterproductive ofc. The highest sol rewards so far were 50 g-100 sols for the big sol pile on the roulette board. The small gem pile on the roulette board gives between 1 and 5 sols.

This is just a small amount of gems that you get but when you consistenly log in every day the rewards will go up by a few sols and on the whole you still get about 25-30 sols a week for this.
