Unlockable DLC Extras
There are two bonus levels (availability varies by platform) that will be offered during the pre-order period: the ‘Secret Eye,’ featuring a unique triangle-shaped grid with an evolving cubed wall, and an Xbox-exclusive unique Torus-shaped grid level / stage called ‘Blood Count.’
•Xbox One & Xbox 360 pre-orders (worldwide) give you the Torus-shaped Blood Count level, and the cube-shaped Titan Box levels.
•PlayStation 4 & PlayStation 3 pre-orders (only in America) give you the triangle-shaped Secret Eye level, and the PlayStation-exclusive Symbolic level that will spawn enemies in shapes matching the four shapes used for the DualShock’s buttons.
•Steam (PC, Mac & Linux) pre-orders (worldwide) give you the Torus-shaped Blood Count level, and the triangle-shaped Secret Eye level.
Since Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions is a digital-only release, it can be expected the non-console-exclusive extra levels will become part of the game’s future DLC Pack(s). So far only the “Blood Count” level pack has been confirmed.
Geometry Wars 3 Tips and Tricks
Here are some tips and tricks for getting through the obstacles Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions throws at you during Local Co-Op gameplay.
Tip: With every few 10,000’s of points you score — the points depend on whether you’re playing Adventure Mode or Classic Mode — you will receive an extra life first, and an extra bomb second, as your score tally grows.
Note: Cross-platform multiplayer between Mac/Linux and Windows PC is NOT available at time of launch. Aspyr will update the game to enable cross-platform multiplayer as soon as they are able. Mac and Linux players may still play cross-platform with each other during the launch period
