While no rigorous tests were done, on the Abyss Walker with 15701 Critical (relatively high for 50 cap, not that high for 60 cap), the rate of critical hits suggests that the critical values required is the same as the past based on their levels i.e. ~18k for Level 50 enemies, ~33.1k for Level 60 enemies
