When Bullet King died, some agents were dismayed as farming solid gears and phoenix credit will mean grinding for a long period of time. However, some agents are really determined and, they have found a new king! or should I say, they have found a new farming method to get as much solid gears and Phoenix Credits in the game.
Before anything else, I would like to decree a new king in The Division! I here by decree...Hutch! as the new king of looting purple gears and phoenix credits in the game! LOL :D. That has nothing to do with the article...That's just fun stuff..haha..Okay, enough with that and let's get back to the topic at hand.
So as I've said earlier, the new farm king or many would say "loot cave king" is Hutch!
He's located at Madison Field Hospital hard mode mission final part, on the rooftop. The encounter consists of:
Pack #1 = initial pack firing on the helicopter. Clearing this pack will cause Hutch to drop down once and engage you from above.
Pack #2 = 4 purple rushers coming out from the room on the right. Clearing this pack will cause Hutch to drop down again to your level.
Pack #2.5 = yellow machinegunner that spawns if you kill Hutch before he drops down to your level. And another purple rusher from the right room.
Pack #3 = 4 trash rioters spawning on the left. Always let them kill you here.
You start killing Hutch normally and when Hutch doesn't carry any more loot, you need to kill him before he drops down to your level, to trigger the elite machinegunner who will start carrying Hutch's loot.
When the machinegunner's loot also start to dry up, you can try reverting to killing Hutch at your level, and if he doesn't carry any loot, then you probably have to restart the whole mission. You can go watch the video below for demonstration and tips:

Update: Looks like you really don't have to kill the trash. Just kill Hutch and the machinegunner asap and die. Check the video below for proof:
