Here's a guide on how to unlock all costumes or skins for Batman, Nightwing and Robin in Batman: Arkham Knight.
How To Unlock All Batman: Arkham Knight Costumes
Here we’re going to highlight a few special costumes in alphabetical order.
Tip: You can switch Batman’s costumes out at any point. To change costumes, from the “Main Menu” you must go to the “Showcase” screen to select & equip them. 9 are available to unlock at launch.
Note: Any Batman costume you choose to wear in-game, will also show up in cutscenes!
Unlockable Costumes (In-Game)
• Anime Batman Costume (From Batman: Gotham Knight series) — How To Unlock: When starting a new game login to your WBPlay account by selecting “WBPlay” from the game’s “Main Menu”. WBPlay offers bonus game content and will unlock this costume for use in-game.
Before you can sign into an existing WBPlay account, you’ll need to create a free new WBPlay account on WBPlay.com. After receiving the character skin reward for signing in, if you are signed into your WBPlay account and you want to sign out of it, select WBPlay in the “Main Menu” and choose the Unlink WBPlay Account option.
Here’s what Anime Batman looks like in-game:
• Batsuit V7.43 Batman Costume (Post Batman: Arkham City)— How To Unlock: Your default suit is available from the start of the game, as soon as you begin the Story Mode.
Take a look at the default Batman suit:
• Batsuit V8.03 Batman Costume (Upgraded for Batman: Arkham Knight) — How To Unlock: Upgraded suit available near the start of the game, you’ll get as you progress in the Story Mode.
Unlockable DLC Costumes (Free Bonuses)
• Adam West AKA Classic TV Series Batman & Justice League 3000 Batman Costumes — How To Unlock: Get it as a PS4-exclusive (pre-order?) bonus. Bonus content stays exclusive until at least Fall 2015.
Batman: Arkham Knight’s PS4-exclusive skins gameplay:
• Batman 1st Appearance Costume— How To Unlock: Get his 1939 debut skin pack both as a pre-order bonus with all games on Amazon.com, as well as a bonus with the “Batman: Arkham Knight – The Serious Edition”.
• Batman Beyond & Dark Knight Returns Costumes — How To Unlock: Get the “Gotham’s Future” skin pack as a pre-order bonus on Steam.
• New 52 Batman Costume — How To Unlock: Get “The New 52 Series” skin pack as a bonus with the “Batman: Arkham Knight – Limited Edition”.

Unlockable DLC Costumes (Paid)
• All DLC Costumes — How To Unlock: For the rest of the costumes all we know so far is that you will get them all by August-September 2015 if you buy the $40 “Batman: Arkham Knight – Season Pass” DLC on your system’s online store or get the “Batman: Arkham Knight – Premium Edition” game.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment community admin Yorick confirmed this on the game’s official forums by saying: “Throughout the 6 months of additional Batman: Arkham Knight content, Premium and Season Pass owners will also receive the in-game content that is offered through various retail pre-order incentives. This includes the Harley Quinn and Red Hood Story Packs, and the Prototype Batmobile. For those who did not receive the content with their game, these items will become available when their respective exclusivity windows expire in August/September 2015.”

• Flashpoint Batman Costume — How To Unlock: This will be the first DLC Costume you get after launch when you buy the $40 “Batman: Arkham Knight – Season Pass” DLC on your system’s online store.

At The Main Menu go through the cumbersome process from "Press Start Button to Select Save Files".
Now Scroll Down To The "Showcase" Tab
Press R1 on PS4 (Right Bumper on Xbox One) until you get Batman Skins
Scrolls or Select the skin you want to use
Press Square Button (X on Xbox One)
